There is an exciting opportunity for an accredited Mac Specialist to join a global super-brand, based in London.  You need to be an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) and you will responsible for providing technical expertise and support (1^st to 3^rd line) for business users through to senior management.

An awareness of ITIL service method and a first-class bedside manner are essential for this role and prior experience of working within a large corporate organisation is desirable, or alternatively, experience working within a fast-paced, creative media environment would also be highly advantageous.
