Founded in 2009, Vantage Recruitment Solutions supplies software developers and software engineers across all languages, databases and operating systems. We also have a specialist team that hire your internal talent acquisition staff. 

We operate as a partner to our clients with the following models: contingent supply; contract or  permanent, retained search and on-site dedicated talent acquisition – this can be either a dedicated member of our team, or a permanent member of staff.

We strive first and foremost to be a value driven recruitment agency. Not only in the way we treat our candidates, our clients and our colleagues but also in respect to the environment and our community. We invest heavily in our staff to ensure we uphold the 5 principles we endeavour to work by in every step of our business practices.
